Using SetLink

By using the builder or requesting our services, you agree to these terms. You must have permission to act for your band and to provide its content. Paid services must be arranged by an adult who can enter a contract, or by a parent or guardian where needed.

Your free preview

Creating, customizing, and sending a preview is free and does not enroll you in a paid plan. Previews may show sample photos and text to demonstrate a layout. They are not a published website or a guarantee that every preview feature will appear in the finished site. We’ll confirm your actual content and scope before building and launching.

Plans and project scope

The standard plan is $9.99 USD per month. The first 100 customers may instead choose the $99.99 USD one-time offer, subject to availability confirmed by SetLink before payment. Both include a band website, hosting, one standard domain’s registration and renewals, and technical support. The monthly plan includes those services while subscribed; the one-time offer includes lifetime hosting, domain renewals, and technical support without a monthly subscription.

The initial website includes at least one landing page and two rounds of revisions. Each round is one collected list of changes. Typical turnaround is 1–2 days after we have your content; revisions and additional requests can take longer. Payment is due after completion. Content updates after launch, redesigns, extra pages, custom features, and premium domains are quoted separately and require your approval.

We’ll confirm your chosen plan, scope, any additional charges, and payment arrangements in writing before payment. Sending a draft does not reserve a place in the first-100 offer. See Billing & Support for more details.

Your content and ownership

You retain ownership of the content you supply. You give SetLink permission to store, copy, resize, crop, and display it as needed to create your preview, deliver your website, and provide support. This permission does not grant us ownership of your music, photos, logo, or other work.

You are responsible for obtaining rights and permissions for uploaded images, music, logos, member information, and linked content. Review your website for accuracy and permission to publish before approving launch. Third-party fonts, software, and licensed assets remain subject to their own licenses. SetLink’s builder, templates, and tools are not transferred to you as part of a website plan.

Domains

Your band owns its domain. We help arrange registration in your name and manage setup and renewals included in your plan. Availability checks are estimates, not purchases or reservations. Registration is subject to availability, the registrar’s terms, and accurate registrant information. Premium domains and extra domains need a separate approved quote.

Acceptable use

Do not use SetLink for unlawful content, copyright infringement, impersonation, harassment, malware, spam, or attempts to access or disrupt other people’s systems. We may decline content or suspend affected services to address misuse, a legal requirement, or an urgent security issue. Where practical, we’ll explain the issue and give you a chance to resolve it.

Availability and results

We aim to keep your site working, but maintenance and third-party outages can interrupt service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular search ranking, bookings, audience growth, or income. Keep your own copies of your original content.

Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. We do not limit responsibility where doing so would be unlawful.

Privacy and changes to these terms

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. We’ll date changes to these terms and notify affected customers of material changes. Updating this page alone does not change an existing agreed price or the benefits of a purchased lifetime plan. Any separately agreed project terms should be recorded in writing.
