You can build and send a preview without a credit card or payment. We’ll contact you to confirm the project and your plan. Payment is due after your website is complete, before launch.

Two payment options

$9.99 USD per month: your band website, hosting, one standard domain and its renewals, and technical support while your subscription is active. There is no separate standard website build fee.

$99.99 USD one time: an alternative available to the first 100 customers, with eligibility confirmed before payment. It includes your website, lifetime hosting, one standard domain and its renewals, and technical support. There is no monthly subscription for this plan.

Your payment method, billing start date, any applicable taxes, and any approved extras will be confirmed before payment. The preview form does not collect payment or start automatic billing. Any recurring payment authorization is arranged separately with you.

Support and website changes

Contact jb@setlinksites.com anytime after launch for help. Technical support covers help with the existing website, hosting, and domain setup. Content updates such as new show dates or photos, redesigns, new pages, and custom features are quoted individually before work begins. Neither plan includes unlimited content updates or redesigns.

Support is provided by JB. Response and resolution times depend on the request; there is no guaranteed round-the-clock support or fixed response time.

Your domain and leaving SetLink

Your band owns its domain. One standard domain’s registration and renewals are included under your chosen plan. Premium domains and additional domains cost extra with your approval. If you already own a domain, we’ll confirm how it will be connected and renewed before launch.

If you want to move your domain or website, email us to coordinate the handoff and discuss the available content and files. Registrar transfer restrictions and third-party licenses may apply. After a domain is transferred away, you arrange and pay for renewals with the receiving provider. A domain transfer does not automatically cancel a monthly website plan.

Cancellation and refund requests

To cancel a monthly plan, email jb@setlinksites.com before your next renewal. Include your band name and website address. Cancellation stops future renewals, and service continues through your paid billing period. We’ll confirm the end date and help coordinate your domain arrangements. After service ends, monthly-plan hosting and domain renewal payments are no longer included.

The $99.99 plan has no recurring subscription to cancel. Contact us if you want to close your site or transfer your domain. To request a refund on either plan, email us with your project details and the reason for your request. Refunds are reviewed individually, and any rights you have under applicable consumer law still apply.
